How to Disassemble and Clean My PetSafe® Smart Feed Automatic Pet Feeder
Before You Begin:
If the feeder is currently in use, unplug the feeder and empty the feeder before beginning.
Remove the lid from the feeder.
Unlatch the hopper from both sides of the base and remove it.
Pull the red latch on the conveyor towards the back of feeder to an upright position.
Lift the conveyor from the base of the feeder.
Remove the crumb catcher from the bottom of the conveyor.
Only wash the removed components with warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry thoroughly before reassembling. For assistance with reassembly, visit How to Assemble My PetSafe® Smart Feed Automatic Pet Feeder.
Do NOT get the base of the feeder wet. The crumb catcher and conveyor are NOT dishwasher safe.
