How to Trim a Treat Meter®
A Treat Meter® is used to control how often treats are dispensed when your pet plays with the toy.
If the treats do not dispense quickly enough for your pet to remain interested in the toy, trim back one prong at a time until the desired treat frequency is achieved.
Important: Once a prong is trimmed, it cannot be replaced.
Locate the treat opening on your toy.
Using scissors, cut back one prong.
Note: Prongs can be trimmed or cut off completely.
Allow your pet to play with the toy. Trim back another prong if treats do not dispense as desired.
