My PetSafe® Brand Stay & Play® Compact Wireless Fence Collar Has No Power

Make sure your collar hasn’t accidentally been turned off. If it has, power the collar back on by pressing and holding the mode button for 5 seconds.

Make sure the charging port is free from dust or debris and plug the charger back into the collar.

Try a different wall adaptor or charging cable.

Plug in another appliance into the same outlet to ensure the outlet is working. If the other appliance doesn’t work, try a different outlet. If it does work, contact customer care.
