My PetSafe® FreshFeed Refrigerated Pet Feeder Has No Power

Ensure the power adaptor and power cord are securely connected. Check that the power adaptor is fully inserted into the feeder and the power cord is fully plugged into a wall outlet.

Check the outlet for power. Plug another device, such as a lamp, into the outlet to test for power.

Check the power adaptor for a light. If there is no light on the power adaptor, it will need to be replaced.
