My PetSafe® FreshFeed Refrigerated Pet Feeder Is Not Maintaining the Proper Temperature

Ensure the feeder is in an appropriate location, which includes:

• Indoors at a temperature between 60°F (16°C) and 85°F (29°C). Do not use the feeder outside this range, as it will not be able to maintain proper temperatures.
• On a flat, smooth surface with at least 1 inch of clearance under the device, and with the cooling vents unobstructed. Each leg is adjustable by unscrewing them to assist in this and to ensure the feeder is level.
• Dry, non-humid environment. Avoid placing the feeder in rooms like a bathroom.

Clean the feeder, making sure to clear the fur filters in the air intake vents.
Dirty fur filters can negatively affect temperature control and shorten the lifespan of the feeder. Clean these filters at least once a month.
