Troubleshooting Your Elite Outdoor Bark Control
Confirm Power
Check the battery status on the screen. If the battery is low or out, try a new battery in the birdhouse.
Test the Birdhouse
Follow these instructions to test that the birdhouse is powered on and working properly.
Press and hold the HR and MIN buttons simultaneously for five seconds until the screen displays tSt.
Speak into the microphone. The light will flash red and there will be three beeps to confirm that the bark was detected.
Confirm Proper Placement of the Birdhouse
There are two placement options for the birdhouse.
Hang
Place on a flat surface
Avoid interference of the signal by ensuring the bird house is:
Facing the area the barking occurs.
No more than five feet off the ground.
Not near any large obstacles.
